need a Problem Solving System? - Critical Success Factors (CSF) for a Problem
Solving System
CSF1 – A problem solving system is needed which guides
managers through the process of choosing methods relevant to the main problem
that they face.
CSF2 – A problem solving system is needed which cuts back on
the number of concepts used to explain methods and translates those that are
kept into everyday language and then integrates them into one coherent whole
system.
CSF3 – A problem solving system is needed which incorporates
powerful tools to stimulate and provoke creative and perceptive thought about
organization and organizational problems.
CSF4 – A problem solving system must be supported by an
explanation of what is happening when people use the system properly, according
to the principles of the system.
